Shipping Information

Shipping methods: Every shipping cost includes handling and may be subject to your state’s tax rate.

Pricing: All product and shipping pricing is shown in U.S. dollars only.

Payment Options: You can make payments the following options: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

Returns: You can return items purchased from Doggie Cups by mail within 30 days of purchase. You will be credited the exact amount paid including any related duties and taxes, less return handling fees for customs and brokerage if applicable. When will my order ship?
Available merchandise purchased before 1PM EST within Monday to Friday are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST Monday through Thursday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following business day, Monday. We don’t process orders on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

Shipping restrictions
Certain destinations are only serviced by select shipping methods. Depending on the shipping address you specify, we will provide the shipping method options that are available for that address type.

Shipping to an address other than your billing address
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, there might be a need to list the alternate address with your credit card company. Your order will not be processed until your payment has been confirmed. This is to help prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, call the 1-800 number on the back of your card and ask the company representative to add the address to your account. When you list the address before you place an order, processing your order becomes faster.

APO / FPO military addresses
Orders can be shipped to APO / FPO military addresses. However, please be aware of the following:
• Orders are shipped via the United Postal Service (UPSP) Priority Service.
• Tracking details available until delivered to the Military Post Office in New York or San Francisco.
• When shipping to an APO / FPO address, delivery may take 3 to 6 weeks.
• Shipping charges will show during checkout, after you select the delivery address.

Returns and Exchanges

Doggie Cups puts in its best to make sure customers get the very best products from each item purchased. This is why we provide a 100% guarantee. However, if you feel you didn’t get enough quality as expected or you are unsatisfied with our product, then feel to return for a refund. We will refund your money on any purchase that isn’t 100% satisfactory.

Below are our return methods.
Return to store location: We will gladly accept all other returns made within 30 days from purchase, to our store locations.
• Bring along the packing list that came with your order and the credit card used to make the purchase.

• Shipping will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective and it is the only item on the order.

• Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or return.

Return to eCommerce warehouse: All other items purchased on our website can be returned within 30 days of delivery, to our fulfilment centre.
Online orders where PayPal was used as the form of payment, must be returned to the eCommerce fulfilment warehouse.

• Item must be returned in good condition and in original packaging including all paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

• We cannot accept COD’s for returned merchandise.

• In the case of shipping damages please contact our customer service department.

• Credit will always be issued to the same card to which they were charged.

• Shipping fees will only be refunded if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective and it is the only item on the order.

Make sure to keep your tracking number as we will be unable to refund or replace your order without proof of delivery. Please allow 5-7 business days after your package has been delivered for return to be processed.
